Field: Research and development in the field of meta-optics

Description of the project

The field of meta-optics is becoming increasingly relevant in photonics. In contrast to conventional optics, meta-optics are based on nanostructured surfaces. By using these new types of optics, we will be able to offer our customers more compact, lighter and more cost-effective systems in the future. The focus of the newly created R&D position is on the modelling, calculation and simulation of meta-optics. Filling the position directly promotes the growth and competitiveness of Photonics Precision Engineering GmbH.
